You make sure that safety keeps pace with our growth. As our occupational safety specialist, you take responsibility for health and safety across all NEURA sites. You advise management, leaders and employees on every question of occupational safety. You also build a safety culture that people actually live by in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Safety advisory: Provide occupational safety support for all NEURA sites and advise management, leaders and employees on all questions of health and safety at work.

- Safety concepts: Develop operating instructions (Betriebsanweisungen) and safety concepts.
- Training & safety culture: Plan and deliver safety briefings, trainings and site inspections, and establish a lived safety culture across the company.
- Incident investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and near misses, derive corrective actions and follow up on their implementation.
- Coordination: Coordinate the company doctor, safety officers, first aiders and fire safety assistants; prepare and moderate the occupational safety committee (ASA).
- Authorities & inspections: Act as the point of contact for the employers’ liability insurance association (BG), trade supervisory authorities and external inspection bodies, and ensure work equipment is inspected on time.
