Estamos en búsqueda de Ejecutivo de Cuenta que sea responsable de gestionar y coordinar la calendarización de servicios de Terapia de neurorrehabilitación para los pacientes. Este puesto asegura que cada paciente reciba el tratamiento adecuado en el momento correcto, coordinando eficientemente con el equipo clínico y manteniendo una comunicación clara con los pacientes y sus familias. Actúa como el principal punto de contacto entre los pacientes y la clínica, garantizando una experiencia de atención al paciente fluida y satisfactoria.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Programar citas de terapia de Neurorrehabilitación según las necesidades específicas de cada paciente y las recomendaciones del equipo médico.
  • Asegurar la correcta asignación de recursos clínicos y tiempo de los terapeutas para maximizar la eficiencia y minimizar tiempos de espera.
  • Comunicarse regularmente con los pacientes y sus familias para confirmar citas, ajustar horarios según sea necesario, y resolver cualquier consulta o preocupación relacionada con la terapia.
  • Proveer información detallada sobre el proceso de tratamiento, incluyendo preparativos antes de las sesiones y citas posteriores con su médico tratante.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo clínico, incluyendo terapeutas y médicos, para garantizar que los planes de tratamiento sigan según lo prescrito.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante con el personal administrativo para asegurar que la documentación y los registros de pacientes estén actualizados.
  • Actualizar y mantener registros precisos de las citas y el historial de tratamiento de los pacientes. (Impresión en tiempo y forma de carnet, bitácoras)
  • Utilizar sistemas de gestión de citas y software de administración clínica para monitorear la disponibilidad y asegurar la eficiencia en la programación.
  • Analizar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de programación para maximizar la satisfacción del paciente y la eficiencia operativa.
  • Recoger y analizar retroalimentación de pacientes para identificar áreas de mejora en la experiencia de atención.
  • Preparar informes periódicos sobre la utilización de servicios, tasas de ocupación de terapeutas, y otros indicadores clave de desempeño.
  • Informar a la gerencia sobre tendencias, retos y oportunidades para mejorar el servicio.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínimo 2 años en un rol de atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector salud o en la coordinación de servicios médicos.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente con habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Competencia en el uso de software de gestión de citas y sistemas de administración clínica.

Horario:

Lunes a Viernes - 8:50am a 6:50pm

Sábado - 8:50am a 1:50pm
