El objetivo principal del Técnico en Electroencefalograma es realizar exámenes electroencefalográficos de alta calidad para apoyar el diagnóstico clínico y tratamiento de pacientes con enfermedades del sistema nervioso central en la empresa de servicios médicos. El candidato ideal deberá destacar fortalezas en electrónica y tecnología médica para realizar el mantenimiento y la gestión de los equipos utilizados, y tener la capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Realizar exámenes neurodiagnósticos electroencefalográficos, ayudando a interpretar los resultados y colaborando en el diagnóstico de enfermedades tales como epilepsia, sueño, demencias, entre otras.
  • Vigilar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos de electroencefalografía, asegurando que estén siempre en óptimas condiciones.
  • Asegurarse de que los requisitos de higiene y desinfección se cumplan para reducir el riesgo de infecciones cruzadas.
  • Trabajar en interacción con médicos, enfermeras y otros profesionales de la salud para facilitar el diagnóstico correcto mediante los resultados del electroencefalograma.
  • Mantenerse al día con las últimas innovaciones y tecnologías en el campo médico y las recomendaciones gubernamentales, asegurándose de que la empresa de servicios médicos cumpla con las regulaciones y normativas.

Habilidades indispensables para el puesto:

  • Graduado de Técnico Superior Universitario en electrónica o áreas afines, preferiblemente con experiencia en laboratorios clínicos.
  • Conocimiento técnico sólido en neurofisiología y experiencia práctica en electroencefalogramas.
  • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas para interpretar patrones cerebrales y reconocer resultados anormales.
  • Liderazgo y capacidad de trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y colaboración interdisciplinaria.
  • Flexibilidad, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con un enfoque en resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Conocimiento de los requisitos de higiene y desinfección, así como habilidades de seguridad para reducir riesgos de contagio y asegurar que los pacientes estén a salvo.
  • Capacidad de usar tecnología y herramientas especializadas, así como actualizar el software de los equipos y mantenerlos en funcionamiento óptimo.
  • Conocimientos en las regulaciones y normativas que el Estado impone a las empresas de servicios médicos.
