Estamos en búsqueda de Practicante Administrativo Contable que pueda brindar apoyo integral al área administrativa, contable y operativa mediante la ejecución de tareas básicas de control, registro y seguimiento, optimizando el tiempo del equipo y asegurando la correcta gestión documental, contable y de recursos internos. El practicante tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar habilidades administrativas, de organización y comunicación en un entorno profesional.

Responsabilidades y actividades

  • Apoyar en la gestión de altas, bajas y actualización de información del personal en los sistemas internos.
  • Auxiliar en la elaboración, impresión y armado de expedientes de empleados.
  • Colaborar en el archivo y control de documentos administrativos y recibos de nómina.
  • Dar seguimiento a reportes e informes administrativos solicitados por la gerencia.
  • Control de inventarios de consumibles y suministros administrativos, actualización de existencias y solicitud de reposiciones.
  • Realizar cotizaciones y apoyar en solicitudes con proveedores.
  • Participar en la organización de eventos internos, reuniones o actividades del personal.
  • Brindar apoyo en tareas generales de oficina, impresiones, copias, atención a proveedores, recepción de documentos y comunicación interna.
  • Apoyo en captura pólizas contables, conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Control y validación de comprobantes fiscales.
  • Supervisión ligera del equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza (cumplimiento de actividades y horarios).

Requisitos

  • Estudiante activo de Licenciatura o carrera técnica en Administración, Contaduría, Recursos Humanos o afín.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas en horario matutino o vespertino.
  • Manejo básico de Excel y paquetería Office.
  • Actitud de servicio, responsabilidad y disposición para aprender.
  • Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones.
