The posting

Estamos en búsqueda de un Ejecutivo Comercial de Retención y Ventas con fuerte orientación a resultados y habilidades en venta consultiva, que nos ayude a transformar prospectos y pacientes inactivos en oportunidades reales de atención médica.

Este rol es clave para reactivar pacientes que pausaron sus tratamientos y convertir nuevos contactos en consultas médicas, siempre enfocando la conversación en el valor clínico y la mejora en la calidad de vida del paciente.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Reactivación de pacientes que interrumpieron o abandonaron tratamientos médicos.
  • Seguimiento a cotizaciones y oportunidades comerciales dentro del pipeline de ventas.
  • Atención y conversión de nuevos leads en consultas de primera vez.
  • Contacto proactivo con pacientes para agendar estudios médicos y terapias indicadas.
  • Implementación de estrategias de venta consultiva enfocada en resultados clínicos.
  • Identificación y manejo de objeciones relacionadas con tiempo, precio o dudas médicas.
  • Desarrollo de campañas de reactivación, fidelización y seguimiento a pacientes.
  • Generación de referidos y oportunidades de venta cruzada con otros servicios de la clínica.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia o carrera afín.
  • Se aceptan perfiles del área de la salud con experiencia comercial comprobable.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas (telefónicas, prospección, cierre y recuperación de cartera).
  • Experiencia deseable en sector salud o servicios especializados.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado y CRM de ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y empatía con pacientes.
  • Alta tolerancia a la frustración y orientación a metas.
