Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Chef de Projet SI Comptable H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu rejoins l'équipe SI comptabilité d'un grand compte bancaire engagé dans un programme de transformation stratégique. En étroite collaboration avec les directions métiers et IT, tu pilotes en autonomie des projets complexes du périmètre comptable.

Ton rôle est d'assurer la réussite des évolutions du Core Banking et d'accompagner le métier sur ses problématiques clés, dans un environnement stimulant et à forts enjeux business.

Tes missions :

  • Recueillir les besoins métiers et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles ainsi que les cahiers de recette.
  • Piloter la définition et la modification des schémas comptables et du paramétrage comptable.
  • Coordonner le suivi des développements réalisés en lien avec une équipe projet offshore.
  • Concevoir et exécuter la recette fonctionnelle, les tests d'intégration et piloter le suivi des anomalies.
  • Analyser les données et réaliser du requêtage SQL pour comprendre et valider les batchs comptables.
  • Intervenir en soutien des équipes pour optimiser le rapprochement comptabilité/gestion et accélérer le Fast Close.
  • Assurer la mise en production, le suivi post-production ainsi que le pilotage du planning et des budgets.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure (BAC+5), tu as au moins 15 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de Projet SI Comptable.

  • Tu justifies d'une solide expertise fonctionnelle en banque de détail et en comptabilité générale et auxiliaire.
  • Tu maîtrises le requêtage SQL, la compréhension des schémas comptables et l'analyse de cinématiques de traitements complexes.
  • Tu as une pratique avérée du pilotage de projet, de la gestion du budget et du suivi des livrables de développement.
  • Tu possèdes un esprit cartésien, une forte capacité d'analyse et tu sais faire le pont entre la technique et le métier.
  • Tu es à l'aise avec les outils d'analyse et de synthèse de données tels qu'Excel (TCD). Une connaissance d'un Core Banking comme AS400 ou du domaine de la titrisation est un vrai plus.
