Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Senior Data Engineer H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu intégreras l'équipe Data Engineering - Zone Europe sous la responsabilité du Head of Data Engineering. Ta mission sera de prendre la responsabilité technique de composants clés du Consumer Data Hub (CDH) : une plateforme de données consommateurs unifiée couvrant plus de 10 pays et plusieurs dizaines de millions de profils. Cette plateforme alimente directement l'activation marketing, l'analytique avancée, le forecasting ainsi que nos capacités d'IA Agentique.

En tant que contributrice ou contributeur individuel senior, tu concevras des systèmes robustes, écriras du code de niveau production et collaboreras avec des parties prenantes pluridisciplinaires pour traduire des besoins business complexes en solutions scalables.

Tes missions :

Conception & Architecture Technique :

  • Contribuer à l'architecture, à l'orientation technique et à la vision long terme de la plateforme CDH.
  • Assurer la cohérence technique entre les différents composants et identifier/résoudre les enjeux de performance, de scalabilité et de dette technique.

Développement & Industrialisation :

  • Développer du code de production en Python, SQL et dbt.
  • Établir et garantir les standards de qualité de données, les pratiques de monitoring et d'observabilité.
  • Déployer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD, des conteneurs (Docker, Kubernetes) et de l'orchestration (Airflow).
  • Veiller au strict respect de la conformité réglementaire de la donnée (notamment le RGPD).

Innovation & Modélisation :

  • Participer aux méthodologies émergentes (Spec Driven Development assisté par l'IA) et étendre notre stack IA Agentique (Cortex, LangGraph, Phoenix, etc.).
  • Concevoir et faire évoluer la modélisation des données (schémas en étoile, modélisation dimensionnelle).

Tes livrables :

  • Spécifications et documents de conception technique (design documents).
  • Composants applicatifs, pipelines de données et packages dbt/Python de qualité production.
  • Modèles de données optimisés et conformes aux règles de gouvernance/RGPD.
  • Pipelines d'intégration/déploiement continu (CI/CD) et scripts d'Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Jeux de tests, métriques d'observabilité et tableaux de bord de suivi de la qualité des données.

Qualifications

Ton expérience : Tu justifies de 7 ans ou plus d'expérience en Data Engineering, avec une solide maîtrise de la gestion de plateformes de données complexes.

Tes Hard Skills :

  • Expertise impérative en SQL, Python et dbt.
  • Expérience éprouvée en production sur Snowflake et les services Cloud Azure.
  • Solides compétences en modélisation de données (star schema, modélisation dimensionnelle).
  • Pratique des outils de CI/CD (GitHub Actions), conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration (Airflow) et Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Maîtrise des sujets d'observabilité (Stack Grafana) et des réglementations data (RGPD).
  • Anglais courant (C1/C2) nécessaire pour évoluer dans un contexte international.

Ton état d’esprit :

  • Esprit de propriété (ownership mentality) : autonome, responsable et orienté(e) résultat.
  • Excellente capacité de communication pour expliquer des concepts techniques complexes de manière simple.
  • Approche décisionnelle axée sur les données (data-driven).
