Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Data Engineer H/F, en CDI, à Lyon !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Nous recherchons un(e) Data Engineer pour renforcer les équipes au sein d'un grand compte client. Ce poste requiert une expertise technique et un engagement à optimiser les performances des systèmes de données.

Tes missions :

  • Concevoir et industrialiser des pipelines de traitement de données (Java, Python) et sur des environnements Cloud et Databricks.
  • Migrer et refondre les flux et traitements existants vers des architectures Big Data modernes.
  • Optimiser les requêtes SQL / PL-SQL : analyser la qualité des données, optimiser la performance et assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (combinaison d'enjeux RUN & BUILD).
  • Enrichir le référentiel documentaire et partager tes connaissances au sein de l'équipe et des communautés techniques internes.
  • Gérer le versionning de code et les flux CI/CD : automatiser, intégrer et déployer continuellement les flux de données.
  • Collaborer en équipe : t'impliquer dans le fonctionnement agile (Scrum / Kanban), participer aux revues de code croisées et co-concevoir avec bienveillance.

Qualifications

  • De formation supérieure (BAC+5), tu possèdes plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Engineer.
  • SQL avancé : tu gères les requêtes complexes (PL/SQL), l'optimisation et la gestion de bases de données.
  • Programmation & Cloud : tu pratiques la POO (Java, Python) et tu bénéficies d'une solide expérience sur les plateformes Big Data / Cloud (Databricks).
  • Git & DevOps : tu utilises les workflows de versionning (rebase, gestion des conflits) et les outils CI/CD.
  • Tu es impliqué(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) qualité.
  • Tu es ouvert(e) aux discussions techniques, respectueux(se) des contraintes et sensible aux enjeux métier.
  • Tu évolueras dans des environnements techniques tels que Java, Python, Databricks, SQL, PL/SQL, Git, CI/CD, etc.
