Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un UX RESEARCHER H/F, en CDI, à Lille !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

En tant qu'UX Researcher, tu es en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes internes.

Tu apportes un soutien méthodologique et organisationnel en User Research aux équipes projets dans le cadre de la réalisation de tests et d’études utilisateurs.

Les missions:

Tu participes à la mise en place et au suivi des tests et études utilisateurs et tu veilles à leur bon déroulement.

Tu contribues à améliorer des produits digitaux internes pour l'ensemble des employés du site, à ce titre tu es en communication constante avec les autres équipes.

Tu utilises une méthodologie hybride et emploies des méthodes quantitatives comme qualitatives.

Tu contribues aux phases de design thinking, ateliers collaboratifs.

Tu participes à l’enrichissement de la stratégie UX à adopter.

Qualifications

Tu as une expérience significative en méthodologie UX, avec la recherche utilisateur et la gestion de projet UX.

Tu es capable d'évaluer la qualité d’un prototype à tous les stades : du concept à la conception digitale détaillée.

Tu as une bonne culture digitale et un fort intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes.

Tu aimes travailler avec des équipes pluri-disciplinaires et tu as un excellent sens du relationnel.
