Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Développeur Power BI Senior H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu rejoins l'un de nos clients majeurs du secteur de l'énergie, au sein d'un programme international stratégique. Tu intégreras l'équipe dédiée à une plateforme décisionnelle et de monitoring de référence destinée au COMEX et aux directions internationales.

Tes missions :

  • Concevoir, développer et déployer des tableaux de bord interactifs et percutants destinés au pilotage stratégique de la direction.
  • Créer des mesures et indicateurs calculés complexes en langage DAX.
  • Concevoir et optimiser des modèles de données performants sous Power BI (schémas en étoile / flocon) en assurant la cohérence et la fluidité des requêtes sur de gros volumes de données.
  • Connecter la solution aux sources de données backend Cloud (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake via SQL) et transformer la donnée brute via Power Query (langage M).
  • Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de Data Storytelling et d'UX Design pour concevoir des rapports "Executive" clairs, ergonomiques et facilitant la prise de décision.
  • Gérer la sécurité au niveau des lignes (RLS - Row-Level Security) pour garantir la confidentialité des données entre les différentes filiales internationales.
  • Assurer le suivi des rafraîchissements, la publication sur le service Power BI et l'optimisation continue des performances des jeux de données.

Qualifications

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Tu justifies d'une expérience minimale de 5 ans en développement de solutions Power BI, idéalement acquise dans des environnements grands comptes ou internationaux.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le langage DAX, le langage M (Power Query) et le requêtage SQL. Tu es capable de modéliser des données en étoile ou en flocon.
  • Tu as une solide expertise en modélisation de données décisionnelles (schémas en étoile/flocon) et une sensibilité avérée à l'architecture Data Backend.
  • Tu possèdes une véritable appétence pour le Data Storytelling, le design de dashboards synthétiques et l'ergonomie utilisateur.
  • Compte tenu du périmètre international du projet (filiales US, UK, Europe...), un niveau d'Anglais professionnel est nécessaire.
  • Tu es curieux, rigoureux, autonome, doté d'un bon esprit d'analyse et d'une capacité à faire parler la donnée auprès d'interlocuteurs exigeants[cite: 8].
