Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Chef de projet Technique & Supervision H/F, en CDI, à Sophia-Antipolis !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Pour l'un de nos clients, tu es intégré(e) au sein de la direction des opérations et de la performance et tu pilotes de façon transverse les activités de supervision et accompagnes les projets lors de leur transition vers le Cloud.

Tes missions :

  • Pilotage multi-projets : Coordonner et assurer le suivi rigoureux d'un portefeuille d'environ 50 projets menés en parallèle.
  • Accostage Cloud & Observabilité : Valider les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques liées aux 4 piliers de la supervision lors de la migration des applicatifs vers les environnements Cloud (Azure / GCP).
  • Coordination transverse : Animer les points hebdomadaires avec les différentes parties prenantes (équipes Dev, Ops, Run et chefs de projet métiers).
  • Suivi opérationnel & administratif : Veiller au respect des processus, à la tenue des livrables et au pilotage de la qualité de service.

Qualifications

Compétences & Expérience :

Tu justifies d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques ou en pilotage transverse au sein d'environnements complexes.

Tu possèdes un solide background technique (Dev/Ops/Run) avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux du Cloud (Azure ou GCP).

Des connaissances ou une sensibilité marquée aux problématiques de Supervision, Métrologie et Observabilité constituent un véritable atout.

Stabilité du parcours : Un historique de missions longues ou d'expériences durables sera très apprécié.

Savoir-être (Soft Skills) :

  • Organisation & Rigueur : Capacité avérée à gérer un volume élevé de sujets en simultané sans perdre en précision.
  • Dynamicité & Posture : Profil vif, proactif, à l'aise dans l'animation d'équipe et la prise de parole.
  • Relationnel : Excellentes qualités d'écoute et de communication pour faire le lien entre la technique et le pilotage.
