Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Data Analyst H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu intègres l'équipe en tant que Data Analyst pour l'un de nos grands comptes clients du secteur bancaire. Ton rôle sera d'alimenter les équipes métiers en données clients et moyens de paiement, tout en produisant des reportings clés pour la lutte contre la fraude et les régulateurs.

Tes missions :

  • Migration & Modernisation Cloud : Réaliser la migration des calculs existants depuis l’outil AMADEA / Statmining vers Google Cloud Platform (GCP) en langage SQL.
  • Dataviz & Automatisation : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Dataviz pour alimenter et automatiser l’ensemble des reportings et dashboards (Power BI) depuis Google Cloud Platform.
  • Études Data & Support Métier : Effectuer des études statistiques et ad hoc à la demande des métiers, être force de proposition sur les méthodes à mettre en place et accompagner les équipes d’analystes LCLF ainsi que les équipes projets dans leurs besoins en données.
  • Reporting Réglementaire & Métier : Générer et diffuser des états de suivi pour les équipes métiers LCLF, les établissements et les régulateurs français et européens.
  • Accompagnement Utilisateurs : Former et accompagner les utilisateurs sur la prise en main des dashboards Power BI et sur la logique des requêtes développées.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure (BAC+5), tu possèdes une expérience avérée en tant que Data Analyst dans un environnement Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Tu as une excellente capacité à développer et documenter tes analyses (data sourcing, hypothèses et méthodes analytiques) tout en accompagnant et formant les utilisateurs métiers.

Tu as une forte expérience en préparation de données (SQL et Python) sur une modern data stack, en particulier sur l'environnement Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Airflow, Vertex AI) avec des notions de Data Engineering et Git.

Tu maîtrises les études statistiques, les visualisations de données sur Power BI et idéalement les enjeux métiers liés aux moyens de paiement ou à la Lutte Contre La Fraude (LCLF).
