Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Testeur QA Technico-Fonctionnel H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Nous recrutons un Ingénieur QA Technico-Fonctionnel pour l'un de nos clients pour intégrer un collectif agile en immersion SCRUM.

Tes missions :

  • Environnement : Immersion dans une équipe SCRUM en trinôme PO/Dev/QA.
  • Garantie Qualité Applicative : Validation technico-fonctionnelle du produit sur terminaux physiques web et mobiles
  • Expertise Métier & Support : Qualification technique des bugs remontés par le support pour isoler les incidents de production des anomalies de développement.
  • Analyse Technique : Utilisation de logs, proxies et requêtes SQL pour l'analyse approfondie des incidents critiques.
  • Gestion du Référentiel : Conception et mise à jour des référentiels de tests via l'outil Xray.
  • Stratégie de Test : Définition et application d'une stratégie de tests rigoureuse incluant les tests système, de non-régression (TNR) et de bout en bout.
  • Accompagnement Automatisation : Rédaction de scénarios (Gherkin) et participation active aux réflexions sur l'automatisation des tests.
  • Reporting & KPI : Suivi et communication des indicateurs de stabilité (crash-free users, taux de régression) et contribution aux PV de recette (GO/NO-GO technique).
  • Amélioration Continue : Contribution active à la Guilde QA pour faire évoluer les process et les outils (Jira/Xray).
  • Rituels Agile : Participation et contribution active aux rituels de suivi des anomalies, des incidents et aux cérémonies de l'équipe.

Qualifications

Expertises requises :

  • Certification ISTQB Fondation au minimum.
  • Expertise confirmée en tests et qualité au sein de contextes Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Maîtrise complète des différents niveaux et types de tests applicatifs.
  • Maîtrise avancée des outils Jira et Xray pour la gestion du patrimoine de tests.
  • Maîtrise de la syntaxe Gherkin pour la rédaction de scénarios de tests.
  • Solide connaissance des cycles de développement logiciel.
  • Compétences techniques Web et API (Postman, SOAP UI).
  • Maîtrise des tests en environnement Web (utilisation de la console, analyse réseau).

Expertises appréciées :

  • Connaissances des problématiques de performance et de robustesse applicative.
  • Maîtrise technique des applications natives (iOS, Android).
  • Utilisation d'outils de proxy pour l'analyse de flux (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Wireshark).
  • Expérience dans l'univers média et sur des produits numériques à forte audience.
  • Connaissance d'outils complémentaires tels que GIT, GitLab, Kibana ou Cypress.
