1. 负责AI引擎深度学习模型量化压缩算法研究和开发 2. 负责支撑智能辅助驾驶算法模型的落地，确保量化压缩精度符合指标 3. 负责基于 AI 编译栈深度学习引擎的实现及优化

1. 计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上； 2. 熟练掌握 C/C++ 和 Python 开发，常用设计模式、算法及数据结构； 3. 熟悉QAT以及PTQ量化原理与算法，包括但不限于KL散度、Percentile以及针对LLM的SmoothQuant，LLM.int8、GPTQ等 4. 熟悉编译原理，熟悉 TVM/XLA/MLIR 等 深度学习编译栈内部实现原理 5. 独立的开发、性能分析、问题追踪修复能力； 6. 良好的编程风格习惯、文档撰写能力，团队沟通协作能力；

加分项： 1. 熟悉异构计算平台，能够深入理解底层硬件 2. AI编译器开发经验 3. 参与相关社区代码贡献（如TVM、MLIR、Triton、Microsoft NNI等）
