AI测试方案设计与应用：负责智能座舱、智能辅助驾驶、车联网、车身功能、网络诊断等汽车功能软件的AI驱动测试应用工作，借助AI技术提升功能测试、性能测试、回归测试等场景的测试效率。 AI自动化测试工具与脚本开发：负责AI自动化测试工具、测试脚本的设计开发与维护，参与AI辅助测试平台的建设，提升测试效率。 AI测试数据与用例建设：负责测试数据的规划、构建与标注，利用AI搭建通用及汽车专项场景测试集（如ADAS、OTA、CAN总线等），保障测试用例的质量与场景覆盖面。 AI缺陷分析与闭环：执行测试任务，利用AI分析定位软件缺陷与性能瓶颈，输出测试报告，跟踪问题修复与回归验证，完成缺陷闭环。 AI技术引领与规范落地：关注AI测试前沿技术与汽车行业质量标准（如ISO 26262、ASPICE），参与团队测试规范与流程的制定，沉淀测试工具与最佳实践。

本科以上学历，人工智能、车辆工程、自动化、机械电子、计算机、电子通信、测控等相关理工科专业。 优秀的学习能力和沟通能力，对工作有强烈的责任心，有问题解决能力和良好的抗压能力。 对AI等新技术充满热情，具备较强的逻辑思维、问题拆解与数据分析能力，AI应用驱动思维和应用落地能力。 对汽车行业有浓厚兴趣，汽车功能有一定了解。 掌握Python开发，熟悉主流AI评测框架（Promptfoo、Inspect、LangSmith、Arize等），具备独立开发自动化评测脚本、评测工具的能力。 深入理解大语言模型、多模态模型、RAG、智能体的核心原理与应用场景，熟悉AI模型常用评测指标与评测方法，具备大模型全维度评测实战经验 具备测试工程方法论与自动化架构能力，能将测试方案工程化落地。 具备Linux调试与网络诊断能力，熟悉系统命令、抓包分析、远程连接与日志定位。 具备基础数据处理与分析能力，能完成统计分析、异常识别、结果解读与报告输出。 加分项： 获得过省级或者全国级别赛制名次优先。 有相关项目实习经验3个月以上的优先。 具备AI工具(尤其是AI测试工具)相关的设计、开发、使用经验者优先。 掌握基础统计学知识，会运用量化分析方法完成评测数据分析，输出高质量评测报告优先。
