职位概述 我们在打造面向蔚来内部员工的企业级智能助手 NIO Chat，目标是让 NIO Chat 成为员工工作的第一入口，完成知识问答、信息检索、任务执行与自动化等通用高频工作流，持续提升组织人效与认知能力。 你将作为产品实习生，参与到 NIO Chat 的核心体验优化中，从用户反馈和数据分析出发，支持产品功能的迭代与落地。

你将负责什么（岗位职责） 1. 用户体验优化与问题跟进 - 收集和整理用户反馈，分析体验问题，推动产品优化 - 跟进用户访谈总结的问题，判断哪些需要优化，形成结构化文档 - 协助完成知识问答效果的测试，记录badcase，推动问题解决 2. 产品文档与内容建设 - 编写和维护产品使用指南、FAQ等文档 - 整理产品介绍材料，支持对内对外沟通 - 协助维护产品文档库，确保信息的准确性和及时性 3. 数据分析与用户洞察 - 整理产品数据（活跃用户、使用深度等指标），制作简单的数据报表 - 协助分析用户行为数据，发现产品优化机会 - 参与用户调研，收集用户需求和痛点 4. 产品功能支持 - 协助产品经理完成需求调研、竞品分析等工作 - 参与产品功能的测试与验收，确保上线质量 - 支持产品运营活动，提升用户活跃度和使用频次

必备能力： 1. 本科及以上学历，产品、设计、计算机等相关专业优先 2. 逻辑清晰，能结构化思考，文字表达能力强 3. 细心负责，能注意到细节问题 4. 对AI产品有热情，愿意在一个互补型团队里共舞 加分能力（二选一即可）： 方向一：C端策略产品经验 + 产品运营能力 - 有C端策略产品实习经验 - 有用户调研、数据分析、活动策划等经验 - 对用户体验敏感，能从用户视角思考问题 方向二：技术经验 + Build产品能力 - 有编程基础（Python/JavaScript等），能理解技术实现逻辑 - 有低代码平台、AI工具使用经验（如nio.gpt.com、飞书开放平台等） - 有独立build产品原型的经验，能将想法快速落地 你将获得 ✅ 参与企业级AI产品从0到1的完整过程 ✅ 与高水平的产研团队共事，快速成长 ✅ 深度理解AI技术在企业场景的落地实践 ✅ 有竞争力的实习待遇和转正机会
