AI专项评测： 参与AI应用、Agent、业务Skill等智能化产品的测试与评测。基于业务场景设计评测方案、评测集和评估维度，全面覆盖意图理解、结果准确性、工具调用（Tool Use）、上下文理解、多轮对话及边界场景等能力。 质量保障闭环： 参与功能、接口、自动化测试及数据构造。负责建立评测数据沉淀与回归验证机制，深入进行日志分析与Badcase归因，输出质量报告，并推动复杂问题的复现与闭环解决。 探索AI赋能测试： 探索AI技术（大模型）在QA日常工作中的应用落地，包括但不限于测试用例生成、自动化脚本编写、测试结果智能评估及测试资产沉淀

2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、自动化等相关专业优先。 具备基础的软件工程和测试理论知识，了解功能、接口、自动化、性能测试等基本概念。 至少掌握一门编程语言（如Python、Java、JavaScript等），能够独立完成基础脚本开发、数据处理或自动化测试任务。 对AI、大模型、Agent应用有浓厚兴趣，拥有强烈的好奇心和探索未知领域的内驱力，愿意主动学习新技术。 具备优秀的逻辑拆解能力，能够适应大模型输出的不确定性（Non-deterministic），具备耐心和问题钻研精神，能高效与产研团队协作推进问题解决。 优先条件： 有接口测试、自动化测试、Web/App测试、性能测试相关实践经验者优先；熟悉Playwright、Selenium、Pytest、JMeter、Postman等工具者优先。 了解大模型基础概念，深度使用过ChatGPT、Claude、通义、豆包、Coze、Dify等AI平台者优先。 有AI评测、Prompt调优、RAG、Agent、文本分类等相关项目经验，或了解LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等主流大模型开发框架者优先。 熟练掌握SQL，有日志分析、数据处理经验，能够通过数据辅助排查定位问题者优先。 在GitHub有开源项目贡献、拥有技术博客，或在相关竞赛、课程项目中取得优异成绩者优先。 团队培养与支持： 前沿场景： 直接参与核心大模型落地业务，提供真实且丰富的业务场景与算力资源。 导师辅导： 资深AI测试 1v1 Mentor 辅导，帮助平稳完成从校园到职场的过渡。 稀缺赛道： 支持在“AI+质量保障”这一高潜力领域深耕，致力于培养行业稀缺的复合型AI工程人才。
