1.矩阵运营与机制落地:协助总部统筹全国新媒体账号矩阵，搭建并维护内容排期、审核、分发、反馈闭环机制，保障策略一致性与执行节奏；深度参与总部发起的创新试点项目，负责跨区域沟通、进度追踪及项目SOP沉淀。 2.AI工具应用与内容生产提效:熟练运用AI辅助工具进行选题分析、脚本生成、素材剪辑、文案优化及封面设计等，建立“人机协作”的内容生产流程，提升内容产出效率与质量稳定性，推动团队AI应用能力提升。 3.案例萃取与区域赋能体系:持续拆解全国优秀短视频案例，提炼选题逻辑、表达结构、转化路径与爆款要素，形成可复制、可检索的案例库；通过培训、反馈、工具包等方式赋能区域新媒体团队，推动短视频水平规模化提升。 4.内容标准与体系化沉淀:参与制定新媒体运营标准SOP、内容模板、质检标准及爆款内容范式；结合业务需求策划选题，撰写强感染力脚本、话术及配套宣传文案，形成可复用、可迭代的内容资产库。 5.数据统计与运营复盘:搭建并维护全国矩阵核心数据看板，完成多维度数据统计与分析，包括播放、互动、转化、账号健康度等；输出数据洞察与复盘报告，驱动内容优化、区域赋能及运营机制迭代。

1.本科及以上学历，逻辑清晰，具备结构化表达与体系化思考能力，能从局部问题抽象出可复用的流程与机制。 2.熟练使用主流新媒体运营工具及AI工具，如矩阵管理平台、数据分析平台、AI脚本/剪辑/图像生成工具等，能通过工具持续提升运营效率与内容质量。 3.具备扎实的数据统计与分析能力，能独立完成数据整理、清洗、看板制作、趋势分析与归因分析，用数据指导运营动作与策略优化。 4.网感强，熟悉短视频生态、直播及私域转化逻辑，有个人新媒体账号运营经验者优先。 5.具备机制建设与项目推动意识，能跨地域、跨部门高效沟通与协作，将优秀经验沉淀为可复制的SOP、案例库和工具包。 6.学习能力强，对AI在新媒体内容生产、数据分析、用户洞察等环节的应用保持敏感，愿意持续探索新工具、新方法并推动落地。
