1、数学,统计学,计算机等理工科相关专业硕士(含)以上学历； 2、对企业ai落地、业务数字化、流程自动化有浓厚兴趣，熟悉主流AI工具的实际应用； 3、较强的业务洞察力和数据敏感度,清晰的逻辑思维,能够识别业务潜在机会与风险； 4、有较强的逻辑性,良好的沟通表达和组织协调能力； 5、具备快速学习能力，愿意深耕业务+AI复合赛道，有持续复盘、优化迭代的工作习惯。
