The posting

1、负责工厂产线的数字化运营支持，参与产线视觉检测、AI质检相关系统的日常运维与优化； 2、协助新工厂数字化项目实施，参与产线视觉检测方案的落地、调试与迭代； 3、协助工业数据治理，对产线视觉采集数据进行清洗、标注与质量管控，支撑模型迭代；协助工业数字化模型构建，参与AI视觉算法（目标检测、图像分类、缺陷识别等）的训练、部署与验证； 4、配合产线、工艺团队，解决实际生产中的视觉检测、AI识别类问题，提升产线自动化率与良品率。

1. 基础背景 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、数据科学、智能制造、光学工程等相关专业的应届毕业生优先； 2. 核心技术能力（开发+数据+视觉） 编程开发能力：熟练使用Python，了解C#/C++等工业开发语言；有完整的代码开发经验，能独立完成脚本/工具的编写、调试与文档输出；熟悉Git版本管理、开发流程优先。 AI视觉算法基础：了解OpenCV、YOLO等常用计算机视觉算法，有目标检测、图像分类、缺陷识别、OCR等相关课程设计/竞赛/项目经验优先；熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，能完成简单模型的训练、优化与部署。 数据处理能力：熟练使用SQL进行数据查询与分析，掌握Pandas、Numpy等数据处理工具；了解数据标注、数据清洗、数据治理的基本流程，能协助完成工业产线数据的标准化与质量管控。 工业场景适配：了解MES、SCADA等工业系统基础概念，有智能制造、工业互联网、产线自动化相关项目/实习经验者优先。 3. 综合素质 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能主动配合产线、工艺、质量团队推进项目落地； 学习能力强，愿意快速学习汽车制造工艺、工业软件、产线自动化相关知识； 做事严谨细致，对数据质量、模型精度有高要求，有较强的责任心与抗压能力。
