1. 负责车辆云端数据挖掘、特征工程、相关性分析等数据分析工作。 2. 依托数据能力赋能研发测试、法规认证团队，提升工作效率，支撑研发质量优化。 3. 承接业务需求，完成工程数据产品需求撰写、功能落地、日常运营与版本迭代。 4. 参与智能 Agent设计与开发，落地大模型相关应用场景。 5. 负责BI 数据看板搭建、可视化开发与运维，实现业务数据直观呈现。

1. 硕士及以上学历优先，数据科学相关专业，具备车辆工程背景优先。 2. 熟悉整车开发流程，了解车辆数据质量与数据链路体系。 3. 熟练使用 Python/Java，能够独立完成业务原型开发。 4. 掌握分类、回归、聚类等机器学习算法，精通主流深度学习框架及模型调优，有实战落地项目经验。 5. 熟练使用 SQL 与主流数据库，了解 Spark、Flink 等大数据框架。 6. 掌握大模型基础原理，熟悉 Langchain、Dify、LlamaIndex 等框架，具备 Agent 开发经验者优先。 7. 具备 BI 可视化、数据看板开发能力，可独立完成看板设计与搭建。 8. 拥有良好的文档撰写、逻辑分析与自主学习能力，责任心强，沟通协作能力良好。
