职位描述： 用户体验洞察与产品定义： 深入理解用户在高速、城市复杂场景下的驾驶痛点，结合竞品分析与用户调研，主导领航辅助（NOP/Pilot）及相关功能的智能化产品定义与交互设计。 数据驱动的交付闭环运营： 基于数据挖掘与实时监控平台，利用AI辅助编程工具，建立可量化的产品体验指标体系。通过A/B测试、埋点分析及用户画像，驱动产品快速迭代决策，持续提升用户对智能辅助驾驶产品的激活率、使用频次与满意度。 跨部门协同与敏捷落地： 高效联动项目管理、算法研发、硬件工程及现场测试等多个团队，扮演“技术”与“用户”之间的翻译官，推动技术创新向优质用户体验的高效转化与规模化落地。 前瞻性技术预研： 追踪全球智能辅助驾驶技术演进路径与用户行为变迁，协助开展前瞻性技术预研与应用场景探索，保持产品方案的领先性与差异化竞争力。 量产交付落地： 负责智能辅助驾驶系统方案的量产交付，涵盖推动模型算法的数据迭代、设计完善系统架构与算法架构，并支持方案在跨车型与多计算平台上的规模化交付落地。

2027届硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、自动化、电子电气等相关专业优先。 产品思维与逻辑： 对智能辅助驾驶（L2+/L3级）技术有强烈热情，具备出色的逻辑思维能力和用户同理心，能够从系统角度拆解复杂的功能逻辑。 数据分析与工具应用： 具备良好的数据敏感度，有Python、SQL等数据处理经验或熟练使用AI辅助工具（如GitHub Copilot、Claude等）进行原型开发、数据分析或体验评测者优先。 闭环交付意识： 具备极强的责任心和结果导向思维，有校内项目从“定义-开发-测试-反馈-迭代”全闭环经验者优先；有实际提升产品使用率或优化用户体验的成功案例者优先。 沟通与协作能力： 优秀的横向沟通与项目协调能力，能在复杂技术环境中清晰传递用户价值，善于整合跨部门资源，推动敏捷交付。 实地经验： 持有效驾驶证，热爱驾驶，有日常路测跟车经验或对车辆动态控制有基础认知者优先。 系统工程与量产交付：对智能辅助驾驶系统架构、算法链路与数据闭环有系统认知，具备推动模型算法数据迭代或跨车型、多计算平台方案量产交付的实践经验者优先
