1、负责工厂产线/车间的数字化日常运营维护，监控关键生产数据指标，输出运营分析报告，支撑生产效率、质量、成本的持续优化。 2、参与工厂数字化项目的实施，包括业务需求对接、数据链路梳理、数据模型协同、BI看板上线验证与迭代优化。 3、协助构建工厂级工业数据治理体系：开展数据清洗，解决数据不一致等问题，保障工业数据的准确性与可用性。 4、协助构建工业数据模型（如生产运营模型、设备OEE模型、质量追溯模型等），支撑数据口径统一与业务分析复用。

1. 基础背景要求 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数据科学与大数据技术、统计学、自动化、智能制造、工业工程等相关专业应届毕业生优先； 2. 核心技术能力（数据治理+数据模型+BI） 数据工具与分析基础： 熟练掌握SQL，能独立完成复杂数据查询、清洗、统计分析；熟悉Pandas、Numpy等数据处理库，具备基础的数据挖掘能力。 数据模型构建能力： 了解数据仓库建模（维度建模/星型模型）基础，能结合业务场景协助构建工业数据模型；了解生产运营、设备、质量等汽车工厂核心业务数据模型优先。 BI可视化与看板能力： 熟悉Tableau/Power BI/帆软等至少一种主流BI工具，有独立搭建数据看板/可视化大屏的项目或课程设计经验优先；了解Matplotlib/Seaborn等Python可视化库，能自主完成基础图表开发。 工程开发基础： 熟练使用Python，了解Java/C#等开发语言，能独立编写数据处理脚本、自动化工具；熟悉Git、Linux基础命令，了解MES/SCADA等工业系统基础概念者优先。 3. 业务与综合能力 业务理解与落地能力： 能快速理解汽车工厂产线数据的业务含义（如OEE、良率、节拍、设备状态等），结合业务需求输出有效的数据治理、模型与BI解决方案；
