数学、计算机科学与技术、人工智能、信号处理、电子信息工程、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历（硕士优先） 熟悉语音识别、大模型等核心算法，包括深度学习、LLM等 熟练掌握C/C++/Python编程语言，精通常用设计模式、算法及数据结构， 深入了解pytorch、tensorflow、vllm等主流深度学习框架和开源工具 有良好的理解、沟通和逻辑分析能力 学习能力强，工作积极主动，注重细节，做事耐心
