1. 参与蔚来汽车数字系统核心业务的研发与交付，推动相关软件能力高质量落地。 2. 与产品、测试、架构等团队紧密协作，推动多平台、多车型的软件能力持续建设与演进。 3. 参与高可靠系统的优化与迭代，持续提升系统性能、稳定性及用户体验。 4. 在嵌入式系统与智能汽车软件的复杂业务环境中快速成长,参与车联云、车载ECU、操作系统(RTOS/Linux)、仿真与验证平台(vECU/SIL/HIL)等关键模块开发,持续提升系统软件与工程实现能。 5. 关注 AI 技术在研发及业务场景中的应用，积极探索智能化能力在实际工作中的落地机会。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业。 2. 拥有扎实的计算机基础，熟悉算法与数据结构，具备良好的代码能力和工程习惯；至少熟练掌握一门主流编程语言（Python / Java / C++ 等）。 3. 具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，能够快速理解业务、掌握新技术，并适应快速变化的业务环境与技术挑战。 4. 对 AI 技术有热情和好奇心，具备相关项目、竞赛或实践经验者优先；在 AI / 算法 / 编程类比赛中有获奖经历者优先。 5. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、团队协作意识和责任心，能够在一定压力下保持积极推进和高质量交付。 6. 有软件开发相关实习经验，例如：具备嵌入式开发、云平台开发、Agent智能体开发等经验者优先，对智能汽车行业有浓厚兴趣者优先。
