理解电动汽车充换电产品功能定义内容，从用户体验角度，根据功能定义内容，设计电动汽车充换电测试框架、测试场景和测试用例； 从用户体验和工程设计、产品定义等多维度出发，对电动汽车充换电产品进行测试和验收，完成根因分析与测试报告输出，推动问题高效闭环，支撑和指导软件产品高质量上线交付； 针对测试过程中发现的问题以及后市场发现的问题进行分析并能定位问题点以推动解决； 参与新测试技术在团队内的落地，包括但不限于自动化测试、仿真测试、测试大数据分析等； 参与持续优化测试方法与工具链，提升团队系统测试工作效率，助力打造领先的补能体验； 团队和部门其他工作的参与和支持。

研究生及以上学历，计算机/软件/电子/通信/车辆工程等工科专业； 热爱汽车、能源行业和相关技术，对软件功能集成测试和问题跟踪、数据分析有浓厚兴趣； 强烈的团队协作意识，态度认真，工作负责，耐心细致，乐观进取，清晰的表达和沟通能力，有吃苦耐劳精神； 掌握python，C/C++，Java等至少一种编程语言，英语听说读写无障碍，可作为工作语言，熟悉使用Office办公软件； 有充换电测试实践经验，或嵌入式测试经验者优先。
