负责智能硬件全生命周期数据平台建设与运营，覆盖智能辅助驾驶传感器、座舱零部件、车身/动力零部件、域控制器等核心硬件领域，实现数据监控、质量分析及业务闭环； 负责智能硬件领域AI产品规划与落地，深入理解业务场景，挖掘数据价值，推动AI能力在故障诊断、质量分析、知识管理及运营提效等方向的应用； 支持/参与智能硬件零部件大数据系统链路设计，包括数据埋点，故障诊断，数据闭环，测试验收等； 负责智能硬件数据云平台的数据运营、分析及应用，包括故障预警，硬件性能分析，可视化开发与交付等； 负责智能硬件产品研发及量产过程中的数据分析及数据闭环，支持提升智能硬件质量及产品竞争力； 负责数据挖掘相关的深度学习算法开发，以及AI智能体开发，包括但不限于数据开发、标注、特征工程、算法模型框架搭建、模型训练、智能体开发与优化等； 负责AI智能体的测试与部署，包括但不限于数据集搭建、测试与评估、部署、应用搭建等。

计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、数学、统计学等相关专业，硕士优先。 具备扎实的数据分析与工程能力，熟练掌握Python、SQL等开发语言，具备良好的代码开发习惯。 熟悉机器学习、深度学习相关原理及主流框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch等），具备模型开发与应用实践经验。 了解大模型（LLM）及AI Agent技术体系，具有LangChain、LangGraph、DeepAgents、AutoGen、Dify、Coze等相关开发经验者优先。 了解汽车电子及嵌入式硬件系统架构，熟悉ECU、智能辅助驾驶传感器、域控制器等相关知识者优先。 具备完整项目交付经验，能够独立推进需求分析、方案设计、开发实施及效果验证。 具备系统级思维，参与过完整的项目开发，具备跨职能合作的能力，积极主动，有求知欲与责任心。
