1. 本科及以上学历；自动化、机械、材料等工科专业； 2. 乐于思考，沟通能力，逻辑能力，动手能力，抗压力，学习能力，GD&T 知识扎实； 3. 沟通协调能力强、组织能力强，逻辑思维清晰、专业扎实。
