1. 参与灵巧手 / 双臂机器人控制算法（力控、柔顺控制、力位混合控制等）的自动化测试方案设计与执行，协助完成算法真机验证与性能评测。 2. 参与模仿学习（Diffusion Policy、ACT）、强化学习策略的测试验证，搭建基础测试环境，协助完成数据采集、测试用例执行与结果分析。 3. 参与构建机器人自动化测试工具链，协助完善 “数据采集→训练→真机验证→质量分析” 的基础闭环流程，提升测试与迭代效率。 4. 协助维护高保真仿真测试环境（Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、SAPIEN），参与 Sim2Real 相关测试验证工作，推动仿真与真机测试的联动落地。 5. 跟踪机器人自动化测试前沿技术，协助优化测试流程，输出标准化测试报告与质量分析文档。

计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、控制工程等相关专业应届硕士研究生及以上学历，2027届毕业生优先。 熟悉机器人基本控制原理，了解力控、柔顺控制、多体机器人协同控制等基础概念优先。 熟悉 Python/C++ 至少一种编程语言，具备基础的自动化脚本开发能力，了解 Git、Linux 常用操作。 了解机器人仿真平台（Isaac Sim/MuJoCo/SAPIEN）或 ROS/ROS2，有相关课程项目或竞赛经历优先。 了解机器学习 / 模仿学习基础概念，熟悉 TensorRT、ONNX Runtime 等推理部署工具优先。 具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力，较强的沟通协作意识和文档撰写能力，对机器人工程落地有热情。 有机器人、机械臂、灵巧手相关的课程设计、毕设项目或竞赛经历（RoboMaster、RoboCon 等）优先。 有自动化测试、CI/CD 工具链搭建、数据处理与分析相关经验优先。 熟悉 VLA/VLM 基础概念，了解 RT-1/2、OpenVLA 等模型优先。 有顶会 / 期刊论文、专利、软著或开源项目贡献经历。
