1、收益策略搭建与迭代：负责蔚来悦享租车业务整体收益管理工作，结合市场供需、车型库存、节假日周期、用户消费习惯等维度，搭建并动态优化定价策略、库存调控策略，实现单车收益与整体营收最大化。 2、市场与竞品价格监控：持续监测汽车租赁行业竞品价格体系、促销活动、定价规则及市场动态，定期完成价格对标、行情分析与复盘，结合行业变化快速调整业务收益策略，保障市场价格竞争力。 3、数据监控与策略落地：常态化监控租车业务核心数据，包含出租率、单车日均营收、库存周转、订单转化率、价格敏感度等指标，通过数据挖掘收益短板与业务问题，输出优化方案并推动落地迭代。 4、库存与档期精细化管理：针对不同城市、门店、车型的库存结构，结合淡旺季、出行热点、节假日等场景，开展库存预判、档期调控与资源调配，缓解库存积压与资源紧缺问题，提升整体资源利用率。 5、收益复盘与专项优化：定期完成日/周/月收益复盘，汇总策略落地效果、问题痛点及优化经验，输出标准化复盘报告；配合业务大促、节假日营销等专项活动，制定专属收益与定价方案，保障活动营收目标达成。 6、经营测算与财务协同：承接月度 / 季度经营预测工作，配合财务完成营收、毛利测算；评估各类产品方案、价格政策、营销活动的投入产出，校验定价策略与预算目标匹配度；规范收益相关数据统计口径，保障业务数据与财务核算口径对齐。 7、跨部门协同支撑：联动产品、运营、线下门店团队，同步收益策略、价格规则与库存调控要求，协同解决业务落地中的各类问题，保障收益策略高效落地执行，支撑业务长效增长。

1、本科及以上学历，数据分析、统计学、市场营销、工商管理、交通运输等相关专业优先，有1年互联网出行、汽车租赁、酒店机票等相关行业收益管理、定价运营、数据分析正式工作经验优先。 2、熟悉租车行业收益逻辑与定价体系，具备成熟的动态定价、库存调控、收益复盘实操经验，能够结合业务场景独立搭建、迭代收益策略。 3、具备扎实的数据能力，熟练使用Excel进行数据处理、函数分析、报表制作，掌握SQL数据查询能力，能够通过数据拆解业务问题、支撑策略决策。 4、具备极强的结果导向与业务思维，对营收、出租率等核心指标高度敏感，擅长精细化运营与细节优化，能够快速应对市场、供需变化调整策略。 5、拥有良好的逻辑思维、自主推进能力与跨部门协同能力，抗压性强，可适配业务淡旺季高频迭代的工作节奏。 6、有车企出行板块、头部租车平台收益管理实习经验者优先。
