1. 特性定义与设计：负责某一类驾驶场景特性需求分析、行为定义与体验设计，输出清晰的特性说明及验收标准。 2. 特性交付与Owner 负责：作为特性 Owner 牵头特性落地过程，协同算法、数据、仿真、测试团队，推动特性从模型训练、指标评测到实车交付的完整闭环，对最终场景体验和交付质量负责。 3. 产品意识与体验迭代：以用户视角，结合路测反馈、量产分析，提出特性体验优化方向，数据驱动的特性迭代，将用户问题转化为可执行的特性改进需求。

教育背景 硕士及以上学历，2027届应届生，计算机/软件/AI/自动化/电子等相关专业 必备能力 Linux/Git：熟练Linux开发环境，熟悉Git及CI/CD基本流程 C++：熟悉C++11/14/17标准，掌握内存模型、智能指针、STL、多线程编程 Python：熟悉多进程/多线程/协程，理解GIL与内存管理机制 PyTorch：熟悉PyTorch及分布式训练基本概念，有课程/项目实操经历 加分项 CUDA/GPU加速实践经历 了解LMDB/Arrow/WebDataset等数据格式 了解DDP/FSDP/DeepSpeed/Megatron等分布式策略 接触过Perf/Nsight/Triton / ASan等性能工具 有训练框架阅读或小改动经历 有智能辅助驾驶/机器人/大模型训练相关项目或竞赛经历
