电化学建模与仿真： 搭建、维护并优化电芯电化学模型，开展 P2D / SPMe / 等效电路模型（ECM） 仿真，系统预测和分析电池性能，包括 ACR / DCR、极化行为、功率特性、倍率性能、循环寿命与日历寿命 等 基于模型开展 内阻与极化机理分解（欧姆 / 电化学 / 扩散），评估不同设计方案、材料体系与工况条件下的性能差异 开展电池参数化建模，通过 EIS、GITT、OCV-SOC、HPPC 等实验手段获取、反演与验证关键电化学参数，持续提升模型精度与可外推能力 将仿真结果转化为 电极设计、电解液配方、结构参数及使用策略 的工程优化建议，支撑性能提升与成本降低 寿命与失效预测： 研究并建模 循环寿命与日历寿命 相关的电池老化机理与衰变特性，包括 SEI 生长、锂库存损失（LLI）、活性物质损失（LAM）、内阻增长、极化演化及产气行为 等 构建 温度 / SOC / DOD / C-rate 相关的寿命预测模型，支持不同工况与应用场景下的寿命评估 结合实验数据与仿真结果，开展 寿命与失效模式预测，为电芯可靠性设计、材料体系选型及风险评估提供量化依据 流体-热-结构仿真 构建服务于电化学、寿命、安全与工艺开发的流体-热-结构多物理场模型，分析热传输、物质传输、应力/应变及界面状态对电芯性能与可靠性的影响。 开展热-结构及电化学-结构耦合仿真，评估产热、温度梯度、嵌脱锂膨胀、接触压力及界面变化对内阻、极化、寿命和安全裕度的影响。 针对关键工艺环节，如搅拌、涂布、烘干、注液、浸润、除尘、焊接、热压等，开展流体、传热、结构响应及工艺一致性分析，支撑工艺参数优化。 开展电芯及系统级热管理与安全仿真，分析电芯产热、热扩散、热失控产气与喷发行为，评估液冷、微通道散热、隔热防护等方案，优化热设计与安全策略。

招聘要求

硕士及以上学历，电化学、物理、化学、材料、工程热物理、流体力学、热能工程 等相关专业背景。熟练掌握 电化学仿真与寿命建模工具，如 COMSOL（电化学 / 多物理场）、AutoLion、PyBaMM 等；具备流体-热仿真经验者优先（ANSYS Fluent、Star-CCM+ 等）

具备扎实的 电化学原理、材料学基础，理解锂离子电池反应、传输与老化机理

能够独立完成 实验参数获取、参数反演与仿真验证，熟悉 EIS、GITT、HPPC 等测试方法

具备良好的 数值建模与编程能力（如 Python / MATLAB），可进行模型参数化与数据分析

具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，能够快速学习并转化为工程方法

具备责任心、良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，能在跨学科环境中高效推进项目
