不是产品经理，但要和产品经理谈需求； 不是码农，但要安排几十个码农的工作内容和计划； 不需要开发，但要对每一个人的开发内容都有工程理解； 不需要调bug，但要能定位bug归属，组织多个团队一起寻找最优的方案。 总的来说，软件技术管理既需要观全局，又需要抓细节，把软件开发和交付安排得明明白白。
