1. 系统架构设计： 负责线控底盘系统（线控制动EHB/EMB、线控转向SBW等）的整体架构设计，基于整车功能需求与性能指标（响应时间、控制精度、冗余安全等级、舒适性等）进行逐层拆解，输出系统架构方案、需求文档、系统/子系统技术规格； 2. 系统集成与验证： 负责线控底盘各子系统（制动、转向、驱动）的集成调试与功能验证； 参与整车级底盘性能测试、标定及问题排查，支持HIL硬件在环测试； 3. 技术文档编制： 编制系统设计说明书、DVP验证计划、DFMEA等技术文档。

1. 学历与专业 1.1 硕士及以上学历优先； 1.2 车辆工程、机械电子、自动化、控制工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2. 知识与技能 2.1 了解线控制动/转向/悬架的基本原理及行业技术路线（如EHB→EMB演进路径）； 2.2 熟悉CAN/LIN总线通信基础知识，了解CANoe/CANape等分析工具者优先； 2.3 掌握AutoCAD、CATIA或SolidWorks等设计软件者优先； 3. 实践与项目经历 3.1 有智能车竞赛、FSAE方程式赛车、RoboMaster等电控系统开发经历者优先； 3.2 有线控底盘相关课题研究或实习经验者优先； 4. 综合素质 4.1 英语CET-6及以上，能阅读英文技术资料； 4.2 逻辑清晰，具备良好的文档撰写能力和团队协作意识； 4.3 持有C1及以上驾照者优先。
