1. 设计开发高保真度HIL仿真器，能够模拟常见法规场景（如ISO系列、NCAP）及复杂城市交通场景。 2. 开展基于物理原理的高精度传感器模型研发，覆盖摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达、4D成像雷达、超声波雷达、IMU等多种类型。 3. 研究新型合成数据技术（如基于3D Gaussian Splatting的场景重建）在HIL仿真中的应用，并推动其工程化落地，支持智能辅助驾驶硬件的端到端开环与闭环验证。 4. 钻研高性能实时图形算法，优化渲染管线以显著降低资源消耗，从而利用消费级GPU实现单卡多路相机图像及LiDAR点云的实时渲染。

1. 车辆工程、交通工程、计算机、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业，专业成绩优秀。 2. 熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练掌握C++/Python等编程语言，具备扎实的软件开发基础，有相关实习或项目实践经验。 3. 具有较强的学习能力、理解能力、跨团队沟通和协作能力，同时具备良好的自省力和自驱力。 4. 了解智能辅助驾驶传感器工作原理，有传感器建模、虚拟交通流仿真、3D引擎开发、3DGS场景重建等相关开发经验者优先
