1. 根据一线维修技师上报的车辆故障信息，结合车辆后台数据进行分析和诊断，为一线技师提供及时、有效远程技术支持，确定故障原因并输出解决方案； 2. 对于技术支持过程中的新发故障/高频/高风险问题进行识别和整理，向对应职能团队反馈，并协同推进问题分析和应对方案制定； 3. 对于事故类/辅助驾驶类案例进行数据分析，根据需要完成车辆数据调用及事故分析报告输出； 4. 整理和分析技术案例，按照区域/故障类别/技师等级等维度编制针对性的赋能材料，向一线技师赋能并跟进赋能效果； 5. 基于支持案例的数据分析，向AI大模型输出新的智能诊断逻辑，同时根据实际情况对已有的诊断逻辑进行修正，提升AI诊断能力和效率； 6. 负责调研各部门各团队的AI智能应用需求和机会点，拉通和明确部门重点AI项目及推进计划，并协助推动项目落地。

1. 2027年应届本科及以上学历，车辆/新能源汽车工程、电气工程、软件工程、人工智能相关专业优先； 2. 专业基础扎实，具备良好学习能力，能在短时间内上手新工具、新业务； 3. 逻辑思维清晰，有较强的书面表达及沟通协调能力，能够独立完成数据分析及项目文档的编写； 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，精通WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件，了解当前AI模型工具，熟练掌握SQL，能够独立完成数据提取、分析及看板搭建； 5. 为人真诚，具备高度责任感以及良好的团队协作精神； 6. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
