1. 负责智能座舱全维度测试工作，覆盖常规车机功能、性能、稳定性测试，重点落地座舱AI多模态智能化测试，包含智能语音、视觉感知、车载大模型、场景化智能交互等核心能力评测。 2. 基于AI软件工程理念，独立使用及轻量化开发适配座舱业务的AI测试工具，覆盖测试全链路智能化提效：依托大模型实现测试用例智能生成、自动化脚本批量产出、测试数据智能构造，同时落地缺陷智能预判、自动分类及初步根因研判，打通从测试准备、执行到问题闭环的全流程AI赋能。 3. 参与自动化测试工具、测试平台的迭代优化，结合AI赋能DevOps流程，推进测试环节与研发、部署流程深度联动，提升团队整体研发交付效率与测试覆盖率。 4. 根据产品迭代需求，输出标准化测试计划与用例体系，高效执行测试任务，闭环跟进功能及算法缺陷，联动开发、算法团队完成问题定位、根因分析与优化落地，保障版本高质量交付。 5. 专项开展AI座舱效果测试与数据分析，利用AI工具自动完成测试结果比对、算法效果优劣研判、批量测试数据统计，智能生成测试总结报告、质量分析报告，精准提炼测试痛点与质量风险，为产品AI算法迭代、交互体验优化、测试流程升级提供有效数据支撑。 6. 跟进AI软件工程、智能测试新技术，持续优化测试流程与方法论，落地轻量化、智能化、高效化的测试体系，助力团队实现研发测试全域效能提升。

1. 研究生及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、电子信息、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握标准软件测试流程与方法论，具备智能座舱测试经验；熟悉AI软件工程理念，熟练运用Vibe Coding、各类AI研发测试工具完成测试开发与场景落地，有车载大模型、多模态智能交互实测经验者优先。 3. 熟练掌握Python/Java任意一种编程语言，具备扎实的自动化测试开发能力；擅长依托AI工具、Vibe Coding模式快速生成代码、用例、脚本，精通AI赋能研发全链路提效思路，可独立完成智能化测试方案设计与落地创新。 4. 了解智能座舱软硬件架构及车载行业标准，掌握座舱AI核心模块工作原理，具备AI算法评测、智能化场景落地测试经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力与抗压能力，适配快速迭代的研发节奏，可高效完成版本测试、问题攻坚与流程优化工作。 6. 逻辑清晰、善于问题复盘与总结，具备优秀的自主学习能力，能够快速跟进AI软件工程、智能测试新技术，持续推进测试效能升级。 7. 加分项：熟练主流AI测试/编码工具，深耕Vibe Coding高效开发模式，具备测试全链路AI智能化改造、研发全域效能提升落地经验，熟悉车载多模态AI评测、数据集优化与大模型效果调优者优先。
