The posting

1.主导全生命周期导航体验:主导从出行场景洞察、PRD输出、硕开发与数据交付、全链路体验验收到上线后持续运营的全生命周期管理。负责将地图底层能力(搜索、算路策略、车道级引导、行程管理等)转化为用户可感知的高品质体验,制定并跟进导航体验的核心质量指标体系,通过路测、用户反馈与数据驱动,持续创造确定性、有安全感的出行体验。 2.ARHUD导航体验定义与打磨:负责ARHUD导航的产品体验定义。结合增强现实、车道级定位与感知能力,设计虚实融合的引导动线、空间化转向指引、安全预警信息层级以及动态光效。通过实车路测、用户反馈分析、竞品对比,持续打磨AR指引的清晰度、直觉感与驾驶安全感。 3.协助打造高效的导航出行空间:设计面向AI时代的智能地图与出行产品框架,定义跨屏(ARHUD、仪表、中控)导航的全局信息策略、层级与一致性。结合车道级导航、智能语音等核心能力,通过软硬一体创新,打造具备高效安全的导航体验。 4.协助构建出行助手AI智能底座:协助前沿技术创新与出行场景落落地,深度探索大语言模型、多模态感知、时空预测及AIAgent技术,协助建设包括用户出行画像、实时时空知识图谱音、跨服务(导航、支付、预约、停车、充电等)等原子能力,将技术边界转化为主动、自然的出行智能老场景,赋予导航与出行服务更高的情绪价值与可靠感。 5.协助多品牌的体验规划:负责多品牌车型的地图导航与出行服务体验规划与协同,在集团统一的智能座舱框架下,平衡各品牌调性、用户画像与功能策略,推动跨品牌的能力复用与体验一致性,同时构建差异化感知点。

1.2027届本科及以上学历应届毕业生。拥有主流地图平台、出行服务平台、智能汽车座舱导航、AR/HUD导航、AI应用产品等相关产品实习或项目经验者优先。 2.对AIAgent、大语言模型技术与应用有浓厚的热情,具备一定的技术理解能力;对于行业主流AI或行业内AI产品的应用有深入的理解和思考; 3.具备较好的审美和交互设计能力,注重用户体验;具备优秀的的逻辑思维及分析能力,能系统性思考,对产品有良好的判断力;能快速学习,敢于创新和打破常规 4.数据驱动意识:理解数据埋点的基本原理与价值,具备用数据度量体验、评估效果的思维习惯。能从用户行为数据中洞察问题、发现机会,敢于用数据说话并推动产品迭代决策,而非仅凭直觉与经验。 5.跨域协同能力:具备优秀的沟通协作与换位思考能力。能主动理解座舱AI、视觉设计、整车工程等不同团队的目标与约束,在多角色项目中清晰表达体验诉求、整合多方资源,推动复杂系统中的体验共识与高质量落地。 6.热爱生活,喜欢出游:有驾照,对智能出行、地图导航、智慧交通及城市探索领域拥有长期的自驱热情。 【加分项】 1.AI出行创作者:曾利用AI工具,为自己或身边人搭建过高频实用的AI出行工作流。比如自动生成周末出游行程规划、沿途美食餐厅智能推荐、多目的地最优路线串联等,热衷于用智能消灭出行中的琐碎与不确定,并持续打磨工作流的实用度与体验细节。 2.出行生活记录者:热爱在社交平台(如小红书)分享深度出游存攻略与导航体验心得。善于用地图标记行程、制作路线图与实用路书,能从大量用户反馈和互动中敏锐捕捉真实出行痛点与爽点,对路线呈现、打卡点标注、视觉叙事有独特审美,并将这种对细节的挑剔与热情带到导航流体验设计中。 3.数据与技术动手能力:具备SQL基础查询能力,或了解Python/R在E数据处理与可视化中的应用。具备良好的技术文档理解能力,能快速理解SDK文档、接口说明与技术方案 岗位亮点 在智能汽车浪潮中,亲手定义下一代出行体验。你将获得: 1.完整产品闭环:在导师带领下,完成从需求挖掘、PRD输出、到开力发交付与数据验证的完整产品链路,建立系统性的产品方法论。 2.跨域实战成长:与AI、设计、整车工程等团队紧密协作,在真实项目中快速成长,积累跨域协同的一线经验 3.前沿赛道深耕:深入理解AI时代智能座舱与地图出行逻辑,积累智能新能源赛道的前沿实战沉淀。 4.校招专属培养:完善的校招生培养体系、开放务实的团队氛围,让你的想法被听见、成长被看见。
