The posting

1. 电机系统应用与集成：负责车载微电机（含空心杯电机、轴向磁通电机、可控磁流变电机等）及减速系统在智能座舱等多自由度微电机执行器等场景的系统应用开发与集成工作。参与需求分析、方案设计、选型、参数匹配、系统集成、仿真验证及样件测试； 2. 电机与减速器匹配设计：负责小电机与减速器（含行星减速器、齿轮箱等）的选型匹配与参数优化，确保传动系统的效率、噪音、寿命等性能指标满足整车要求。 3. 控制算法开发与优化：参与电机控制算法的开发与性能优化，各类小电机的驱动控制，包括且不限于矢量控制，霍尔及高精度编码器控制等。针对空心杯电机无铁芯、低惯量、高动态响应的特性，开发精密控制算法。 4. 系统测试与验证：负责传感器 - 电机 - 减速器 - 控制器一体化系统的集成测试与验证，开展电机样机调试、性能测试，排查并解决发热、抖动、力矩不足、运行不稳等系统应用层面的问题。制定测试用例，完成产品相关测试验证工作。 5. 技术文档与标准制定：编写系统设计文档、测试规范及应用指南等相关技术文件，参与制定小电机系统的企业标准和技术规范。按照开发流程和质量管理要求，完成设计文档的建档、归档。 6. 新技术研究与行业洞察：跟踪微电机行业等及多自由度执行器行业的发展趋势，探索新技术、新材料在汽车领域的应用。

基本要求 1. 2027 届应届毕业生，博士或硕士学历优先； 2. 电气工程、电机与电器、自动化、机械电子、控制工程、车辆工程等相关专业 3. 英语 CET-6 及以上水平，具备良好的听、说、读、写能力，能够熟练阅读英文技术文献和进行简单的技术交流 4. 硕士、博士期间课题与汽车电机系统应用、电机控制、微型特种电机设计等相关 专业技能要求 1. 具备扎实的电机学、电磁场、自动控制理论等基础知识； 2. 深入理解各类电机的基本原理、结构特性及性能参数； 3. 深入理解空心杯电机的结构特点（无铁芯、低惯量、高动态响应）及控制方法； 4. 掌握电机减速器（行星减速器、谐波减速器、精密滚珠丝杠等）的工作原理、类型及匹配方法，具备电机 - 减速器系统集成经验者优先 5. 熟悉电机控制系统的基本原理，了解 PID 控制、FOC矢量控制等常用控制算法，了解电机控制算法开发流程； 6. 能够使用 MATLAB/Simulink、ANSYS 等工具进行电机系统仿真分析，了解CAD、Catia等设计软件。 7. 具备较强的动手能力，能够独立搭建测试台架，进行电机性能测试与数据分析 8. 了解汽车电子电气架构及相关标准（如 ISO26262 功能安全标准）者优先 9. 有汽车行业实习经验或参与过相关科研项目者优先 综合素质要求 1. 对车载微电机和多自由度执行器技术有浓厚兴趣，具备强烈的求知欲和创新精神 2. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够独立分析和解决复杂技术问题 3. 具备优秀的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同专业背景的人员高效合作 4. 工作认真负责，严谨细致，具备较强的抗压能力和执行力
