The posting

  • 负责整车智能灯光系统（含前后组合车灯、外饰小灯、氛围灯、LDM控制器、ADB/AFS自适应大灯系统等）的方案制定、产品开发与验证工作；
  • 参与灯具光学性能开发，按照法规及标准要求，在造型CAS基础上进行汽车内外部照明的光学性能分析与设计；
  • 参与灯具各阶段光学、热学、电学等方案评审，分析界定实现照明性能所需的材料、结构及工艺条件；
  • 协助完成车灯驱动电路设计、功能规范编制、电路原理设计及校核工作；
  • 参与实车标定、CAN/LIN总线调试、台架及场地测试，闭环功能问题；
  • 协助照明系统专业新技术、新材料、新工艺的研究与应用；
  • 参与跨部门交流协作，与光学、结构、热学、制造等部门进行技术沟通，推动项目准时交付。

• 教育程度: -2027届硕士及以上学历优先； -专业要求：光学工程、光信息科学与技术、电子科学与技术、电子信息工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。 • 能力要求： 光学： -具备扎实的几何光学、物理光学基础知识，了解照明光学设计基本原理； -了解光学仿真软件（如Speos、Lucidshape, Zmax等）的基本操作者优先； -对配光、导光等光学系统有基本认知。 电学： -掌握模拟电路、数字电路基础知识，了解电源驱动、LED驱动电路基本原理； -了解CAN/LIN总线通信原理和设计方法； -了解嵌入式系统或单片机基础知识； -会使用Altium Designer、Cadence等电路设计软件者优先。 • 实习/项目经历（优先考虑） -有汽车主机厂或灯具供应商相关实习经历，参与过车灯/照明系统相关项目； -有LED车灯驱动设计、照明系统开发等相关项目经验； -参与过全国大学生电子设计竞赛、智能车竞赛、光电设计竞赛等并获名次； -有学生会、社团组织经历，具备良好的沟通协调能力 • 加分项 -硕士及以上学历，研究方向为汽车照明、光学设计、LED驱动等相关领域； -有ADB/AFS自适应大灯、DLP智能大灯等前沿照明技术研究经历； -熟悉车灯相关法规（国标、ECE、NCAP等）； -了解CANoe等总线分析工具的基本使用。 • 语言能力：英文（书面及口语） • 计算机能力: 熟练使用 OFFICE
