The posting

1.面向自研多芯片分布式平台，研究、设计、实现高性能集合通信算法与通信软件栈，实现 AllReduce、AllGather、ReduceScatter、AlltoAll、Broadcast 等核心集合通信原语，参与自研通信库软件。 2.结合自研芯片片上互连、多芯片互联拓扑、高速网络硬件特性，做通信算法优化：Ring/Tree 等算法改进、分层通信、通信计算流水重叠、拥塞控制，降低通信延迟、提升带宽利用率、提升多芯片集群可扩展性。 3.对接大模型分布式训练 / 推理，完成通信库与上层推理框架、运行时的集成适配；搭建通信性能基准、压力测试、正确性验证平台，分析定位多机 / 多芯片场景下性能、死锁、稳定性问题，输出调优方案。 跟踪 NCCL、MPI、Gloo、DeepEP 等开源通信技术演进，开展前沿技术预研，输出技术方案，推动自研通信库产品化，支撑具身智能、Agent 平台等业务落地

1.学历专业：2027 届硕士 / 博士，计算机系统结构、高性能计算、通信与网络、电子与信息、应用数学等相关专业； 2.编程基础：精通 C/C++，熟悉 Linux 系统编程，掌握 Python，具备软件开发调试能力。 3.知识储备：熟悉并行计算、分布式系统基础原理；理解集合通信基本算法；了解高速网络 RoCE/IB 原理优先。 4.具备较强数学与算法分析能力，能够对通信算法做复杂度分析、仿真建模、原型实现；具备技术文档、方案撰写能力。热爱底层技术，善于定位复杂系统问题，具备良好沟通与团队协作。 优先（满足其一即加分） 做过 NCCL/MPI/Gloo 等通信库开发、适配、性能调优；有 IB、RDMA 编程经验； 硕士 / 博士课题涉及并行算法、集合通信、集群互联、分布式大模型训练/推理； 熟悉多卡 / 多机分布式框架（MegatronLM、DeepSpeed、vLLM 等）； 有高性能网络、芯片间互联、拓扑路由相关科研项目，或有相关论文经验等。
