1. 承接公司整车项目战队以及部门产品经理定义的产品开发需求，完成开发验证并按时交付； 2. 承接本部门工程开发团队自研创新的产品的开发需求，完成开发验证并按时交付； 3. 完成SOR编制、数模设计、样件试制、试验验证、问题整改及量产导入，保证项目节点可控、闭环落地； 4. 协助团队开展竞品对标、新工艺材料检索，输出创新优化方案，实现车型差异化体验升级； 5. 敢于创新，勇于表达，完成项目开发复盘的经验累积，辅助完成工程团队项目进度跟进工作； 6. 辅助团队其他工程师，完成工程设计知识沉淀，流程机制的优化完善。

1. 本科或以上学历，机械设计、材料科学、电气自动化等工程类专业优先； 2. 具备汽车行业整车/零部件企业工程技术岗位实习经验者优先； 3. 熟悉机械结构设计、材料选型、生产工艺知识，了解零部件开发基本流程与验证逻辑； 4. 初步了解各类注塑，冲压或电子电器开发验证的过程工艺； 5. 熟练运作CATIA软件，具备3D工程建模和装配分析能力； 6. 熟练运用MS OFFICE及飞书办公软件； 7. 清晰的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，有很强的责任心与使命感，团队合作精神； 8. 对汽车行业，车辆装备及产品拥有浓厚兴趣，并愿意精进钻研。
