The posting

  • 负责设备维修班组管理，包含维修作业安全管理，维修工绩效考核，维修人员技能培养等；
  • 负责车间TPM的执行，收集并解决TPM发现问题，并对TPM检查工作进行不断改进；
  • 负责组织设备的巡检、点检和保养，记录并跟踪点检保养问题，定期总结实施效果，进行改善优化；- 跟踪库房备件状态，定期进行备件申报，备件到货后协助库房完成备件确认入库，定期执行盘库；
  • 组织维修人员开展设备故障的抢修，并深入调查设备故障原因，制定整改对策并水平实施，防止故障再发；
  • 负责对接IEO开展设备运行指标评估，牵头同类工艺设备故障举一反三排查，支持新设备导入测试； - 开展应急预案的梳理并执行定期演练；
  • 织车间维修人员按照公司总体体系认证要求，完成各项认证文件准备与运行监督，保证各项认证顺利通过，包含不限于TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18000、CCC等各项认证体系；- 完成设备经理交给的其他任务；

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、自动化相关专业； 2.熟练掌握python、C#、C、C++中的一种以上,能够对设备运行数据进行有效分析； 3.热爱汽车行业，具有强烈的学习意愿，有较强的沟通表达能力以及抗压能力。
