The posting

岗位职责： 1. 协助对接现场设备运维业务，梳理设备故障、点检、保养、备件、工艺异常等业务流程，基于大模型、AI Agent（智能体）框架，协助设计面向工业设备运维场景的智能体应用，协助实现设备故障分析、故障根因推理、运维知识库问答、运维作业辅助决策等能力。 2. 协助参与设备端数据采集、清洗、治理，把设备传感器数据、运维工单、故障历史、维修手册、点检记录转化为高质量行业数据集，构建 RAG 知识库，让运维数据能够被大模型消费，输出业务价值（故障预判、经验沉淀、降本增效、减少停机）。 3. 使用 Python 进行大模型应用、Agent 智能体开发，基于 LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/LlamaIndex 等框架完成提示词工程、Function‑Calling、工具调用、多智能体编排，完成 Demo 开发、验证迭代，对接公司现有设备运维系统、数据库、API 接口，完成落地验证。 4. 跟踪工业大模型、AI 智能体前沿技术，评估技术在本公司设备场景可行性，输出技术方案与原型验证；配合设备工程师，把 AI 能力落地到设备运维实际场景，持续优化智能体效果、解决工业场景适配等问题。 5. 能初步输出设备技术文档、测试报告、使用说明，沉淀设备领域 Agent 组件、提示词模板、知识库建设规范，协助设备团队理解 AI 工具，推动 AI 在设备全生命周期运维的应用。 6. 协同 IT、数据、设备运维团队，完成模型服务部署、简单运维监控，保障 AI 智能体在工厂环境稳定可用。

岗位要求： 1. 2027 届应届本科 / 硕士研究生，优先交叉学科背景：智能制造工程、机械电子、自动化、控制科学与工程、人工智能、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、工业大数据等新工科专业； 2. 掌握 Python 编程，具备基础数据库能力（SQL），了解数据处理流程； 3. 此前有 AI 大模型编程实操经历，比如实习、竞赛经历等。

软性要求： 愿意深入工厂设备现场，理解真实业务痛点；主动学习，能够跟进 Agent、大模型新技术；具备良好文档撰写、跨部门沟通能力；目标导向，追求技术落地产生业务价值，不只做纸面 Demo。
