管培生会有为期2年的轮岗安排，会视实际情况安排至不同部门轮岗，深入了解公司金融团队运作： 战略类：涉及支付、金融科技等创新业务 市场类：与外部机构对接，迭代购车金融/保险产品；赋能培训销售团队，确保一线销售、交付人员高效使用金融工具 风控类：跟进贷前、贷中、贷后全流程风控；参与反欺诈模型与风控策略设计，降低风险与坏账 运营类：跟进资金管理工作；监控业务数据、输出报表，发现并推动流程优化 轮岗期间，希望你善于从一线发现流程问题、提出改进建议并推动落地，持续提升效率与交付质量。

金融、财务、经济等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 逻辑清晰、数据敏感，具备较好的统计与分析能力； 做事严谨踏实、责任心强，善于沟通协作，有较强的上进心和快速学习能力； 加分项：对新能源、汽车金融或保险行业有了解，有相关实习经历。
