- Conduct structured and semi-structured interviews with employees, department heads, and key stakeholders across all organizational levels.

- Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes, and uncover organizational bottlenecks.

- Verify findings through operational evidence, actual workflows, and quantitative data rather than relying solely on self-reported surveys.

- Observe daily operations and compare actual workflows with documented processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Build trust and establish effective communication with employees and stakeholders to encourage transparent information sharing.

**2. Quantitative Analysis & Performance Evaluation**

- Analyze operational metrics, financial indicators, and process outputs to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Evaluate organizational, departmental, and individual performance within the context of available resources, operational conditions, and market factors.

- Research global best practices, alternative operating models, and industry benchmarks to support organizational recommendations.

**3. Cross-Functional Gap Identification & Business Analysis**

- Assess the overall business model, including value propositions, revenue streams, and internal and external business operations.

- Identify operational and strategic gaps across different business functions, including Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.

- Translate identified challenges into clear problem statements and actionable improvement plans.

- Collaborate with specialized teams to address operational inefficiencies and improve cross-functional performance.

**4. Cross-Departmental Facilitation & Kaizen Execution**

- Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and department heads to design and facilitate process improvement initiatives and Kaizen projects.

- Lead structured problem-solving workshops and facilitate discussions between stakeholders to achieve alignment and actionable outcomes.

- Manage the full lifecycle of organizational development projects, from initial assessment and planning to implementation, follow-up, and handover.

- Ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes, workflows, and organizational improvements.

**5. Systems Thinking & Organizational Architecture**

- Ensure that corporate, technological, and operational initiatives align with the organization's structure, reporting lines, role definitions, and interdepartmental workflows.

- Design and improve organizational structures and job architectures.

- Conduct detailed Job and Task Analysis to ensure role clarity and operational efficiency.

- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Lean Value Stream Maps, competency frameworks, and KPI cascades.

# Requirements

- Approximately 8 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.

- Proven experience independently managing complex organizational development and business transformation projects from A to Z.

- Strong understanding of business operations, Business Model Canvases, and value chain mechanics.

- Foundational-to-intermediate knowledge of Finance, IT/Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.

- Strong investigative interviewing, structured probing, and data verification skills.

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and evaluate organizational performance.

- Deep expertise in Systems Thinking, Organizational Design and Restructuring, Job and Task Analysis, Process Architecture, SOPs, and Competency Modeling.

- Strong knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and establish relationships across all organizational levels.

- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives without relying on formal authority.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
