Rejoignez NOVARC, un groupe industriel familial de 2 000 collaborateurs présent en France et à l'international.

Basée à Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe, Afelec conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des équipements destinés aux réseaux d'énergie, télécoms et ferroviaires auprès d'opérateurs et d'installateurs.

Dans le cadre d'un renfort temporaire de son équipe RH, Afelec recherche un(e) Assistant(e) RH (F/H) en CDD de 2 mois renouvelable.

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Ressources Humaines, vous intervenez sur un périmètre varié couvrant l'administration du personnel et le support aux équipes RH.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Préparer les contrats de travail et les documents administratifs associés ;
  • Réaliser les DPAE ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des collaborateurs (visites médicales, périodes d'essai, médailles du travail, dossiers du personnel, etc.) ;
  • Rédiger les courriers et attestations à destination des salariés ;
  • Participer au déploiement du plan de formation et au montage des dossiers auprès de l'OPCO ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif de l'intérim (contrats, échanges avec les agences, mise à jour des informations) ;
  • Contribuer aux différents projets RH du site selon l'actualité et les besoins de l'équipe.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+2 en Ressources Humaines, Administration du Personnel ou Paie
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect de la confidentialité
  • Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel serait appréciée

Conditions

• CDD, à pourvoir dès que possible, pour 2 mois

• Prolongation possible selon l’évolution des besoins

• Base hebdomadaire : 35 heures

• Rémunération annuelle brute : de 28 k€ à 31 k€, selon profil et expérience

• Poste basé à Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe (81)
