Mobile et réactive, son équipe d’experts assure la certification et la performance des outils utilisés par les professionnels du secteur énergétique.

Pour accompagner notre développement et renforcer notre équipe, nous recrutons un Comptable Clients dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois.

Description de la mission :

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Comptable, vos missions seront les suivantes :

· Gestion de la facturation clients : émission, dématérialisation, contrôle comptable et relances des impayés.

· Suivi des dossiers sensibles : gestion des litiges et contentieux, préparation des éléments pour les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.

· Back-up achats fournisseurs : contrôle des factures (DOCUWARE, SAGE X3), préparation des paiements et gestion des notes de frais.

· Gestion de la trésorerie : saisie des règlements clients, remises de chèques, pointage et rapprochements bancaires.

· Prévisions financières : suivi et mise à jour des prévisions de trésorerie.

Profil recherché :

· Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 (BTS, DUT) en comptabilité.

· Vous avez une bonne maitrise d’Excel et des logiciels de comptabilité.

· Vous avez une première expérience significative dans la comptabilité.

· Vous êtes organisé, autonomie, ayant le sens du service et capacité à gérer les relations clients de manière efficace.

· Un bon niveau en anglais serait un plus.

Nos avantages :

· Une rémunération mensuelle comprise entre 2 300 € et 2 500 € brut, en fonction du profil.
