La division Motion & Industry conçoit, développe et fabrique des produits techniques d’équipement, d’embellissement et de rénovation destinés notamment aux acteurs de la mobilité et de l’industrie. Tournés vers l’avenir et le changement, nous nous orientons vers des produits plus responsables de l’environnement pour nos clients à travers nos filiales.

Notre présence internationale, notamment en Belgique, en Allemagne et aux États-Unis, nous permet d’accompagner nos clients dans plus de cent pays pour leurs projets à l’échelle mondiale, en leur garantissant proximité, réactivité et expertise locale.

Afin de continuer notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable Comptable (H/F) pour la BU Motion & Industry, basé à Collégien (77).

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la BU Motion & Industry, vous prenez en charge l'ensemble des activités comptables de la Business Unit.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Tenir la comptabilité générale.
  • Produire les états financiers mensuels jusqu'à l'établissement du bilan et du compte de résultat.
  • Garantir la conformité des opérations comptables et fiscales.
  • Participer à la préparation des reportings destinés à la Direction.
  • Réaliser la consolidation des comptes de la Business Unit.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et de reporting.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les comptables de la division.
  • Assurer les échanges avec les commissaires aux comptes, experts-comptables et organismes fiscaux.
  • Participer aux audits et contrôles.

Votre profil :

  • Niveau Bac +2 minimum (DUT GEA, BTS Comptabilité Gestion, DCG ou équivalent).
  • Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire.
  • Première expérience réussie en management ou accompagnement d'équipe souhaitée.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité générale.
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel indispensable (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules complexes, recherche de données, analyses).
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est souhaitée.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et fiabilité.
  • Force de proposition.
