NOVIPRO, une entreprise québécoise reconnue dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, est à la recherche d’un architecte de solutions ERP spécialisé en Infor CSI (SyteLine) pour accompagner ses clients dans la conception, l’évolution et l’optimisation de leurs solutions de gestion intégrées.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et définir des solutions ERP adaptées aux besoins opérationnels et stratégiques des clients.
  • Analyser les processus d’affaires et recueillir les besoins des parties prenantes.
  • Participer à l’architecture fonctionnelle et technique des solutions Infor CSI (SyteLine).
  • Contribuer aux projets d’implantation, d’intégration, de configuration et d’évolution de l’ERP.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des équipes fonctionnelles, techniques et des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les analystes d’affaires, les consultants ERP et les équipes de développement.
  • Identifier les possibilités d’amélioration des processus et recommander des solutions adaptées.
  • Assurer la cohérence des solutions proposées avec les besoins d’affaires et les meilleures pratiques ERP.

Profil

  • 6 ans d’expérience en consultation ERP, en conception de solutions ou en architecture ERP.
  • Expérience significative avec Infor CSI (SyteLine).
  • Solide expérience en implantation, en intégration et en optimisation de solutions ERP.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus d’affaires, idéalement dans le secteur manufacturier.
  • Capacité à analyser les besoins des clients et à proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Expérience en analyse fonctionnelle et en collaboration avec des équipes techniques et d’affaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des relations clients.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à intervenir dans des environnements complexes.
